Job summary

Trafalgar House is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive pension administration projects and ensure rigorous analysis of client requirements. You will document change specifications, support system developments, and oversee acceptance testing to sign off outcomes.

You will work closely with project managers, analysts, and payroll/scheme teams to deliver accurate, compliant solutions and maintain high standards across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension administration and schemes.
• Proficient with pension IT systems and data handling.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and document change specifications.
• Perform acceptance testing and sign-off changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data integrity.
• Provide reporting on project work and changes.
