NUVIA UK is seeking an experienced engineer to deliver feasibility studies and support roof refurbishment options in a highly regulated environment. The role involves cross-disciplinary coordination, independent work within technical disciplines, and close collaboration with senior engineers to achieve project goals.

The candidate should have 5+ years in engineering design, leadership experience, and a relevant engineering degree.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience in a role having direct influence over engineering practice and outcomes.
• 5 years’ experience of working within a highly regulated industry, 3-years’ experience should ideally have been gained within the nuclear industry.
• 5 years’ engineering design experience.
• 2 years’ experience of supervising engineering staff.
• Preferred – Bachelors Honours Engineering Degree or extensive equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• The role requires a familiarity with a wide range of technologies and techniques along with a high-level capability over a broad spectrum of technical knowledge.
• The role requires the ability to be self-driven within the specific discipline and also co-ordinate works with associated cross discipline personnel in the delivery of complex and significantly sized work packages.
• The role requires the ability to provide feedback and encouragement to engineering team and promote a Professional approach to development and delivery of work packages.
• The role requires the capability of independent and autonomous work during the delivery of complex engineering activities but will actively seek guidance from other engineers and specialists in order to augment their own understanding and further the project goals.
