Job summary

NUVIA UK, a VINCI subsidiary, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Operational Readiness programme for SMR deployment. You will drive scope, scheduling, budgeting and risk, while ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.

You will coordinate vendor submissions, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver real-time status via Power BI reports. BPSS basics required; hybrid UK-wide opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated industries, ideally nuclear or energy sectors.
• Clearance experience or BPSS basic clearance desirable.
• Ability to develop end-to-end operational readiness programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to build the Operational Readiness programme for SMR deployment.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Prepare reports using digital tools (Power BI) for stakeholders.
• Maintain governance-ready documentation and change control processes.
• Engage with suppliers and internal teams to meet project obligations.
