PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of modular construction projects. The role requires direct oversight of operations, contracts, budgets and client relationships across multiple schemes.

The successful candidate will have proven sector experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with a comprehensive benefits package on

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction design and build or modular manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and drive project outcomes.
• Experience with project budget, cost, financial or commercial management.
• Highly organised with advanced time and team management.
• Understanding of sites, projects, operations, contracts, and supply chain management.
• Willingness to travel; full driving licence and relevant certifications.
• IT proficient in project software packages.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects, contracts and daily operations with a hands-on approach.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for successful contract delivery.
• Lead operations, construction, financials, staff, quality, HSEQ and process improvements.
• Act as focal point for contracts with client liaison and service upgrades.
• Collaborate with commercial team to ensure cash flow and profitability.
• Produce management reports and coordinate with internal departments.
• Chair regular staff reviews to drive quality, overhead control and delivery.
• Improve supply chain and subcontractor partnerships.
• Promote teamwork and cohesion across staff levels.
• Lead regular progress meetings and coordinate with senior managers on resource optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with industry HSEQ obligations and standards.
