CSG Talent is recruiting a Project Manager for Modular Buildings to deliver multi-million pound projects across the UK. You will oversee projects from £5m to £45m, lead a team of Site Managers, and ensure health and safety, programme delivery, and strong commercial performance.

The role offers clear progression within a well-financed, long-standing business with exposure to Health, Education and Commercial sectors. A hands-on onsite leadership style is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing modular buildings projects across UK.
• Ability to lead and develop project teams onsite.
• Strong focus on health and safety, programmes and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects ranging from £5,000,000 to £45,000,000 across the UK.
• Manage a team of Site Managers and coordinate site activity.
• Ensure delivery on time, budget and quality whilst maintaining client satisfaction.
