Job summary

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple modular building projects, ensuring delivery from design through installation. The role emphasizes client liaison, strategic planning, and maintaining profitability across schemes.

The candidate will manage operations, supervise staff, ensure HSEQ compliance, and work with commercial teams to optimize cash flow and project performance. A hands-on leader with travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction design and build or modular manufacturing.
• Strong budget, cost, and commercial management experience.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects, contracts and daily operations with a hands-on approach.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for contract delivery.
• Lead operations, construction, finance, quality and health & safety.
• Produce management reports and monitor progress.
• Improve supply chain and subcontractor partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ obligations and company standards.
