The successful candidate will manage operations across contracts, drive profitability and ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance while guiding teams and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction, design and build or modular buildings.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident with budget, planning and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects and daily operations with a hands-on approach.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for contract delivery.
• Lead operations, construction, financial, quality and safety activities.
• Maintain client liaison and drive service improvements.
• Manage cash flow and profitability with the commercial team.
• Produce management reports and coordinate across departments.
• Hold regular reviews to drive quality, programming and delivery.
• Improve supply chain and subcontractor partnering.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ obligations and company standards.
