Job summary

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd in Birmingham seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of modular building projects across public and private sectors. You will direct contracts, lead operations, manage budgets, and ensure HSEQ compliance, driving profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication across levels, extensive project controls, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within modular buildings or construction design and build.
• Confident, passionate and able to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in budget, cost, financial or commercial management.
• Highly organized with strong time and team management.
• Understanding of sites, operations, contracts and supply chain management.
• Ability to implement policies and drive objectives.
• Ability to gain client confidence and maintain relationships.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience delivering multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects, contracts and daily operations with a hands-on approach.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for contract delivery and service excellence.
• Lead operations, construction, financials, staffing, quality, health & safety and process improvements.
• Act as focal point to guide contracts and maintain client liaison.
• Collaborate with commercial team to manage cash flow and profitability.
• Produce management reports and coordinate with internal teams.
• Hold regular reviews with staff on progress, quality, overheads, and resources.
• Improve supply chain and sub-contractor partnering processes.
• Ensure teamwork and cohesion across all staff levels.
• Chair meetings with staff to discuss progress and drive process improvements.
