Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Major Projects to lead delivery of a UK high-value EPC gas infrastructure programme at Wormington, Gloucestershire. You will coordinate planning, cost control, safety and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

The role requires extensive experience in major projects, NEC-style contracting and proven leadership in a regulated, safety-critical environment. Travel to multiple sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering large-scale EPC projects.
• Academic and professional qualifications with commitment to CPD.
• Commercial contract, cost and programming awareness – NEC or similar forms of contract.
• Experience with UK high‑value infrastructure projects and on-site leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior project management capabilities within the Project Leadership Team.
• Ensure on-site operations are safely coordinated and delivered to contract requirements.
• Lead the safety, quality and environmental protection culture across the project.
• Own programme delivery and manage interfaces, critical path activities, and commissioning constraints.
• Lead project meetings and governance reviews, ensuring high-quality documentation.
