Job summary

System C is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Liquidlogic software delivery projects across local government, social care and education sectors in the UK. You will own projects from initiation to go-live, coordinating with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality outcomes.

This customer-facing role requires travel to customer sites across the UK and a practical, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for improving public

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record in project governance, risk management and reporting.
• Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or AgilePM.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation point for customer challenges.
• Provide leadership, coaching and line management support to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Liquidlogic implementations, migrations, upgrades and transformations.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and governance across the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as trusted advisor for technology and organisational change.
• Ensure projects are planned, resourced and executed in line with contractual commitments.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and contribute to mobilisation activities.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting and revenue delivery for projects.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and escalations to successful resolution.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects.
