You will manage end-to-end delivery of business systems, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and drive change within a large transformation programme.

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience delivering ICT/technology projects in local government.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading project teams and suppliers.

• Ability to deliver projects in a complex organisational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of key business system projects and enhancements (DMS, GIS, Revenues & Benefits, HR & Payroll, Digital Platform/CRM).
• Manage projects across full lifecycle from scoping to benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with service areas, suppliers and stakeholders to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage resources, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Support procurement, implementation, integration and upgrades in line with requirements.
• Lead business change and process improvements for smooth transitions.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and manage risks to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Promote best practices, innovation and continuous improvement across projects.
• Prepare and present documentation and updates to governance boards.
