Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking project professionals to join its NEC ECC PM teams across the UK. The role focuses on delivering major infrastructure projects with cross‑disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder management.

You will work on highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, water and utilities projects, driving risk, cost control and schedule adherence while supporting career development and chartership pathways.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience delivering diverse infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills for lasting client relationships.
• Commercial acumen including NEC4/ECC contract management experience or accreditation.
• Proficiency in risk, change and commercial management to drive improvement and innovation.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments and foster high performance.
• Experience with projects in highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, water, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across sectors with NEC ECC frameworks.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, manage scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Support and mentor teams, ensuring health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial performance.
