Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations & Safety team within Intelligent Infrastructure. You will lead transport projects across the UK, delivering on time, within budget and to the required quality.

The role involves client liaison, cross-disciplinary team leadership, project controls, and financial governance using ERP systems such as Oracle. We offer a hybrid working model and clear development routes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree; relevant experience in PM
• Awareness of PM methodologies and project lifecycle stages
• PM qualification such as APMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or ITIL Foundation
• Experience managing finances, especially on Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Delivery of project management services on time, to quality, within budget and with client interface
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, cash collection and forecasting in Oracle ERP
• Ensure delivery of client outcomes while meeting utilisation targets and reporting to Project Director
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
• Deliver project status reports, quality management plans and financial control documents
• Develop and deploy project control and management methodologies for proposals and delivery
