Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Worcester is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead change programmes within the Transformation team. The role is Worcester-based with a balance of home and office working and offers a salary of £56,110 per year for 35 hours a week.

This temporary position is for up to 12 months and requires travel across projects. You will manage change programmes from initiation to benefits, develop reporting tools, and collaborate with programme leadership to deliver outcomes while

Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing medium to large scale projects/programmes, with an understanding of a full project life cycle.
• Experience in large, complex organisations with group parent and subsidiary structures.
• Experience producing progress reports and management information with recommendations.
• Experience developing solutions aligned with business strategies and user needs.
• Experience cost benefit analysis.
• Travel is a requirement; a full valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate delivery of change programmes/projects throughout lifecycle.
• Develop tools and good practice processes to support delivery and reporting.
• Deliver improvements in financial performance through project delivery.
• Manage project/programme team members including recruitment and development.
• Collaborate with programme leadership across multiple projects and workstreams.
