Responsibilities

• Manage business projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with user requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports, issues and budgets to the steering committee.
• Assess workloads and expenses for project activities and tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators.
• Liaise with third parties to align deliverables and track achievements.
• Support user acceptance testing and test strategy development.
• Provide on-the-job training, support and mentorship to colleagues.
