Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Worcester is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver change programmes across the business. The role is hybrid, based in Worcester with some home working, and is a temporary contract for up to 12 months, 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects/programmes across full lifecycle.
• Experience delivering projects in a large, complex organisation with group structure.
• Proven ability to produce progress reports and management information with recommendations.
• Experience developing solutions aligned with business strategies and user needs.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of change programmes/projects throughout lifecycle.
• Develop tools and processes to support delivery and reporting of change programmes.
• Deliver improvements in financial performance through delivery of change programmes/projects.
• Manage project/programme team members including recruitment and development.
• Partner with programme leadership to deliver outcomes across multiple projects.
