Sanctuary is seeking two Senior Project Managers based in Worcester with a mix of home and office working. The role focuses on delivering change programmes across business areas, coordinating across teams and driving successful outcomes.

You will manage project lifecycles, report progress, and develop solutions aligned with business strategy. Travel and a full driving licence are required, with a temporary contract up to 12 months and a salary of £56,110 per year.

Formación

• Proven experience managing medium to large change projects across a lifecycle.
• Experience delivering projects in a large, complex organisation with a group structure.
• Experience producing progress reports and management information with clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the delivery of change projects across the lifecycle to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to support delivery and reporting of change programmes.
• Improve financial performance through effective delivery of change programmes and projects.
• Lead project teams, recruiting and developing staff to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with programme leadership to align outcomes across multiple projects and workstreams.
