About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to be part of Project Garden – OD & Talent workstream, focusing on Organizational Development (OD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with proven experience managing complex initiatives and HR knowledge & experience. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change across the organization. The Senior Project Manager will oversee programme governance, manage operational aspects, and ensure proper project documentation.

This is a remote, long-term project position (18 months).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Enabling programme governance cadence, including agenda management, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation such as Business Readiness Tracker, Change Impact Log, and workstream reports
  • Acting as the HR point of contact for other Garden workstreams
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects, progress reporting, dependencies, issues, risks, and escalations
  • Providing regular project status updates to the Transformation Office
  • Maintaining project plans and milestones
  • Managing stakeholders based on influence and interests
  • Identifying and monitoring risks, planning responses, and addressing issues
  • Ensuring workstreams adopt the 'future state' processes

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience with project management tools and processes
  • Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, and documentation
  • Ability to handle operational project aspects including reporting and risk management
