Job summary

UK Staffing Group Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value fit-out and construction projects across the UK, based at Stansted in Essex. You will own delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working with clients, consultants, commercial teams, subcontractors and site teams to ensure safety, quality and programme targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong construction and fit-out background
• Experience managing M&E/MEP-led projects
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, budgets and project delivery
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to take ownership from start to finish
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Lead from the front and take ownership of project delivery
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, commercial teams, subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, commercial delivery
• Manage multiple subcontractor packages and supply chains on high-value projects
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and programme
