Job summary

UK Staffing Group is seeking a Site Manager for a major Stansted project. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering complex construction and fit‑out works, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme execution.

You will manage day‑to‑day site operations, collaborate with the Project Manager and client representatives, and ensure works progress on schedule with rigorous safety practices and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or fit‑out projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day‑to‑day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Planning and sequencing works to maintain programme
• Monitoring progress, quality and workmanship
• Managing site logistics and coordinating multiple trades
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Attending site meetings and coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Managing subcontractor performance and resolving issues on site
• Reviewing RAMS, permits and site documentation
• Identifying and resolving programme, quality and coordination issues
• Supporting the successful delivery of technically complex construction and fit‑out works
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress
