Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager (EMEA) to oversee Workplace related projects across the EMEA region, reporting to the Head of Project Services. You will work with CRE resources, external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver office fit-outs, refurbishments and relocations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, resource planning, and procurement across NEC/JCT contracts. Strong leadership, communication and financial skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (real estate related preferred).
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Experience negotiating contracts (NEC/JCT) and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered with safety first, compliant with regional legislation.
• Deliver CRE project services (office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations) across EMEA to agreed time and budget.
• Assess resource requirements and manage projects with in-house and outsourced providers.
• Engage WSP specialists (QS, MEP, acoustic surveys) as needed.
• Collaborate with CRE management for planning and delivery of project services.
• Prepare feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for strategic decisions.
• Contribute to workplace strategy to attract and retain talent while controlling costs.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monthly expenditure reports.
