Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager for Workplace projects across EMEA. You will lead delivery, coordinate with CRE resources, external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, time and budget.

Required degrees in real estate, MRICS membership, and NEC/JCT experience. You will champion safety, manage costs, and contribute to WSP’s workplace strategy across the UK, Central Europe and Nordics.

Qualifications

• Degree in a real estate related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CRE projects with a safety-first culture and compliance with regional legislation.
• Ensure CRE services (office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations) are delivered on time and within budget across the EMEA region.
• Assess and plan resource requirements; manage projects with appropriate skillsets and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage WSP subject matter experts (Quantity Surveyors, MEP design, Acoustic surveys) as needed.
• Collaborate with the CRE management and procurement teams to secure best-value sourcing.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monthly expenditure reports to track performance.
• Maintain knowledge of CRE trends and best practices to inform strategy.
