Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (EMEA) to oversee Workplace related projects across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with CRE resources, external providers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a degree in real estate or related field, strong communication, and proven experience with NEC/JCT contracts. You will lead feasibility studies, cost analyses and support the development of WSP’s workplace strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in real estate or related discipline.
• Strong customer-centric with excellent communications.
• Experience negotiating and working with NEC/JCT contracts.
• MRICS or RIBA membership.
• Knowledge of CRE management best practices and market trends.
• Analytical and financial skills to develop and manage strategic plans and budgets.
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and build internal networks.
• Results-oriented with willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within a safety-first culture and in line with regional health, safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage CRE projects across the EMEA region to agreed time and budget.
• Assess resource requirements and manage projects with appropriate skillsets and providers.
• Engage subject matter experts (Quantity Surveyors, MEP design, Acoustic surveys) as needed.
• Collaborate with WSP UK Procurement to source products/services at market rates.
• Use appropriate contracts (NEC, JCT) to mitigate risk and cover warranties.
• Coordinate with CRE management team on planning, delivery of project services.
• Undertake feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for strategic decisions.
• Contribute to development of WSP’s workplace strategy and cost control.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monthly expenditure reports.
