WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Workplace-related projects across EMEA. You will coordinate internal CRE resources, external providers and stakeholders to deliver office fit-outs, refurbishments and relocations within agreed time and budget.

The role requires degree-level education in real estate or related fields, strong communication and financial skills, and knowledge of NEC/JCT contract forms along with professional membership (MRICS/RIBA) and a valid

Formación

• Degree qualified (preferably within a real estate related discipline).
• Membership of a relevant professional industry body (e.g. MRICS, RIBA).
• Valid drivers licence.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all projects are delivered within a culture of safety and in line with health, safety and statutory legislation.
• Deliver CRE related project services (office fit-outs, refurbishments, reconfigurations, relocations) on time and within budget across the EMEA region.
• Assess and plan resource requirements and manage projects using appropriate skillsets and cost-effective approaches.
• Engage WSP subject matter expertise (Quantity Surveyors, MEP design, Acoustic surveys) as required.
• Collaborate with the CRE management team on planning, coordination and delivery of project services.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monthly project expenditure reports to track performance.
