Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead workplace projects across the EMEA region, reporting to the Head of Project Services. You will coordinate with CRE teams, external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver complex fit-outs, refurbishments and relocations on time and within budget.

The role requires strong contract management, financial, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and compliance. A professional real estate background and MRICS/RICS status are desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a real estate related discipline.
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts and contract negotiation.
• Membership of MRICS or RICS, or similar.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for budgeting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Workplace projects across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with CRE resources, external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor project expenditure.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regional legislation and policies.
• Engage subject matter experts as required to support CRE requirements.
