Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager for EMEA to oversee Workplace projects, coordinating with CRE resources, external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and to budget. This role focuses on effective collaboration and strategic delivery across regions.

The successful candidate will be degree-qualified (real estate preferred) with MRICS/RIBA membership, strong analytical and financial skills, and a track record in NEC/JCT contracts, feasibility studies, and risk management

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a real estate related discipline.
• Experience negotiating and working to NEC/JCT contract formats.
• Membership of MRICS or RIBA preferred.
• Knowledge of CRE management industry best practices and trends.
• Analytical and financial skills for strategic plans and budgets.
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and build internal networks.
• Results-oriented with a drive to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and effective delegation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Workplace projects across EMEA with CRE resources and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to meet time and budget commitments.
• Plan resource requirements and deploy in-house or outsourced expertise as needed.
• Engage subject matter experts (e.g., Quantity Surveyors, MEP design, Acoustic surveys).
• Work with UK Procurement to source products and services at market rates.
• Use NEC/JCT contracts where relevant to mitigate risk and warranties.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monthly expenditure reports.
• Contribute to development of WSP’s workplace strategy and best practices.
• Maintain safety compliance with WSP H&S policies and legislation.
