Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Renfrew, Scotland to lead the delivery of complex, high‑value compressor packaging projects worldwide. You will own end-to-end execution from sales handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery and commissioning, coordinating across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and commissioning teams.

You will mentor Project Managers, drive best practices, and monitor budgets, schedules and risk to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, high-value projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy or related sectors.
• Strong governance, controls, risk management and lifecycle delivery knowledge.
• Experience managing large budgets, cash flow and forecasting.
• Proven ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-value package projects on a global basis.
• Own project execution from sales handover through engineering, procurement, manufacture, delivery and commissioning.
• Act as primary customer interface and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Project Managers and teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow to meet financial objectives.
• Monitor schedules, resources, risks and opportunities to drive outcomes.
• Resolve complex technical, commercial and contractual issues as they arise.
• Ensure invoicing, change control and contract requirements are managed effectively.
• Support document release schedules and handover to commissioning teams.
• Deliver regular project reviews and reporting to customers and senior stakeholders.
