Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead a live £5m recladding project in Eastbourne, acting as Principal Contractor and delivering it from site to completion.

You will manage programme, quality, client relationships and overall project performance, supported by a Site Manager, with responsibility for wider operational and commercial success. This is a growing specialist contractor role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering façade remediation or recladding projects.
• Strong programme management and organisational skills.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a £5m façade remediation and recladding project.
• Manage programme, sequencing and overall project delivery.
• Oversee the Site Manager and delivery team.
• Ensure QA and compliance throughout the project.
• Liaise with client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting.
• Coordinate design, procurement and operational activities.
• Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
