Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Façade Remediation & Recladding in the Midlands. The role offers a salary up to £70,000 plus a generous package and travel allowances.

You will manage remediation and recladding works from design through to completion, coordinating design teams, clients and contractors to deliver high-quality façades. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in remediation, recladding and external envelope projects and can take full ownership

Site Manager - Façade Remediation & Recladding | Midlands

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

A leading nationwide façade remediation and recladding specialist is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its Midlands division.

The company has a group turnover of circa £80m, operates across four regions nationwide and acts as Principal Contractor for developers and housing associations on critical façade remediation schemes.

Projects are delivered from design through to completion and typically involve rainscreen cladding, timber cladding, render, brick slip systems, EWI and fire barriers.

The Role

• Full ownership of project delivery
• Programme and sequencing management
• Labour and subcontractor management
• Client and consultant liaison
• Design and technical coordination
• QA, H&S and compliance
• Managing remediation and recladding works
• Working alongside commercial and design teams
• Delivery through to final handover

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Façade Project Manager with a proven background in remediation, recladding and external envelope projects. You must be technically strong, client-facing and capable of taking full ownership of complex schemes.
