Job summary

eci-partners is seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead engineering, energy and utilities projects from initiation through delivery. You will own project outcomes, drive schedules, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships in a hybrid, mostly office-based environment.

You will join a growing team delivering technically interesting projects, taking accountability for delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering, industrial, energy or utilities projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost control capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for delivered projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs and commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery schedules.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities.
• Control scope, changes and variations efficiently.
• Lead project teams and coordinate client communications.
