Job summary

Technical Partners International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver engineering, energy and utilities projects from initiation through to successful completion. The role offers hybrid working with office-based days and client engagement across Scotland.

You will manage budgets, schedules and risks while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. A proactive, accountability-driven approach is essential to drive projects to on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering, industrial or energy projects.
• Proven ownership of projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong budget management and cost control capabilities.
• Experience managing project risks, scope and change control.
• Excellent programme and schedule management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs and commercial performance.
• Develop, maintain and manage project programmes and delivery schedules.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Manage project scope, variations and change control processes.
• Lead project teams and coordinate resources to meet objectives.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through delivery.
• Identify potential delivery issues early and implement recovery plans.
• Monitor project performance against milestones, budgets and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
