Job summary

Technical Partners International is seeking two experienced Project Managers to join an established engineering business in Glasgow. You will drive delivery across energy, utilities and industrial projects, taking full ownership from initiation through completion, with hybrid 2-3 days in the office and flexible hours.

You will manage budgets, schedules and risks, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering to agreed quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in engineering or technical environments.
• Proven ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Excellent commercial awareness including budget control.
• Experience managing project risks, scope and change control.
• Strong programme and schedule management capabilities.
• Confident in managing clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Proactive, solution-driven approach to problems.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership for successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs and commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Oversee scope, variations and change-control processes.
• Lead project teams and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Proactively address potential delivery issues and recover where needed.
• Ensure delivery aligns with budgets, milestones and quality standards.
