Job summary

SeAH Wind seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of major offshore wind contracts in the UK. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources, and act as the primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, drive reporting on progress and milestones, and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring HSE and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of large-scale customer contracts from award to completion.
• Coordinate all aspects of project delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Lead and support project managers, planners, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with production, commercial, finance, HR, QA, HSE, engineering and logistics.
