Job summary

SeAH Wind seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of major offshore wind contracts in the UK. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources, and act as the primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, drive reporting on progress and milestones, and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring HSE and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

As our Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale customer contracts and be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery. You will:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of major projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.
• Lead and support Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Planners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Commercial, Finance, HR, QA, HSE, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Provide regular project reporting on progress, budgets, forecasts, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Identify and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks and challenges.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and contractual deliverables.
• Support the management of payment milestones, change control processes, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engagement with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance to ensure contractual obligations and timelines are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced project professional with a strong background in delivering large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or offshore wind projects. You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within offshore wind, manufacturing, heavy engineering, construction, or a related industry.
• Professional project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.
• A successful track record of delivering complex, high-value projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing contracts, variations, claims, and commercial performance.
• Understanding of fabrication, manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Sound knowledge of HSE and Quality Management Systems within industrial environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, negotiation, and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
