Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead a £50m education project in Essex, near Harlow. The role requires delivering £30m+ projects as Number 1 PM for a Top 100 contractor, with responsibility across planning, budgeting and site delivery.

Applicants should have a construction management degree or NVQ Level 6, CSCS and ideally MCIOB status, with a proven track record of leading on-site teams of around 20 staff.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering £30m+ projects as Number 1 Project Manager for Top 100 Main Contractors.
• Strong working knowledge of pre-construction project management, contract management, H&S.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project management functions from planning, design and financial management through to practical construction delivery.
• Lead pre-construction activities and PCSA, and manage on-site delivery.
• Oversee teams on site (20+ staff) and maintain excellent client-facing relations.
