APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED invites applications for a permanent Design Manager in Hertfordshire. You will lead design delivery from feasibility to on-site coordination for a new build project around £20m, reporting to the senior management team.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and site teams, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with standards and schedules. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in design management with experience across Education, Leisure,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a design management role for a Main Contractor.
• Sector experience to include Education, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare or Life Science.
• Strong understanding of the design process from feasibility to on-site delivery.

• Lead design delivery from feasibility to on-site coordination.
