The role requires on-site design coordination, liaison with the design team, client and delivery team, and a strong technical background with 10+ years in main contracting. This is a challenging opportunity to lead a complex project locally.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years' experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Experience on Higher Education, Life Science/Pharmaceuticals or related labs projects.
• Strong on-site design coordination and technical understanding.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and drive project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between design team, client and on-site delivery team.
• Ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive efficient design processes in line with timelines and budgets.
• Support innovative design and construction methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical construction knowledge.

Education

HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related construction discipline
