Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a design management role for a Main Contractor.
• Education sector experience to include Education, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, Life Science.
• Qualifications & skills include a relevant architectural/engineering degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage design process from early feasibility and planning through to on-site coordination and delivery.
• Lead and support design delivery across education sector portfolio spanning Higher Education, High Schools, Academies and Primary Schools.
• Act as liaison between the design team, client, and on-site delivery team.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Drive efficient design process aligned with project timelines and commercial targets.

Education

HNC or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology OR comparable qualification
