Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in Gosport is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of estates projects for the Maritime Strategic Capabilities Agreement. You will manage refurbishment and new-build works across the Haslar estate, coordinating with stakeholders and partners to meet time, cost and quality targets.

The role requires a recognised PM qualification (APM PPQ or Prince2) and CDM knowledge; travel to other sites is expected within a 37-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects to multiple customers and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, JSP standards, environmental and ecological regulation.
• CDM Regulations experience and ability to act in a client or similar role on construction projects.
• PM qualification (APM PPQ or Prince2) or equivalent recognised credential.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high value or complex projects within budget and timeframes.
• Maintain forecasts and report progress against cost plans.
• Define and manage budgets; control costs and documentation.
• Deploy risk management strategies and ensure Safe & Secure practices.
• Manage project documentation, bids, proposals and third-party records.
