Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Estates to lead construction and infrastructure projects across our UK portfolio. You will drive projects from business case through completion, coordinating stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality estate improvements that support our operational needs.

With 5+ years of experience, you will manage scope, budgets and schedules while embedding a proactive health and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering construction projects and leading teams.
• Experience delivering projects in client-side environments.
• Knowledge of NEC3 contracts, Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of estates and construction projects across multiple UK sites.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, budgets and delivery plans.
• Manage project teams and embed a strong health and safety culture.
• Coordinate external consultants and contractors through project delivery.
• Monitor and report project costs, schedules and risks.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and promote best practices.
