Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking an Estates Project Manager to lead delivery of UK-wide Estates projects, from planning through execution, including refurbishment, repairs and new builds. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external consultants within defined budgets and schedules.

You will work across Farnborough, Malvern or Portsmouth facilities with around 3 days on-site. Eligibility for SC clearance is essential to progress in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Estates projects UK-wide with safe delivery.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, milestones and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Organise Estates projects and project teams across the business.
• Embed health and safety culture within the team.
• Define project aims, priorities and scope with stakeholders.
• Set and manage budgets with a cost plan and business case.
