Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Project Manager – Estates to lead construction, infrastructure and estates projects across the UK. You will deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, from business case to completion, working with stakeholders, consultants and contractors.

The role requires five+ years of delivery experience, client-side familiarity, knowledge of NEC3 contracts and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Over five years' experience delivering construction projects and leading project teams.
• Experience delivering projects within client-side environments.
• Detailed knowledge of RIBA stages and construction project lifecycles.
• Experience managing project budgets, cost plans and project risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of allocated estates and construction projects across multiple UK sites.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, budgets and delivery plans.
• Managing project teams and embedding a positive health and safety culture.
• Managing external consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Monitoring and reporting project costs, schedules and risks.
• Mentoring junior Project Managers and supporting project management best practice.
