Qualifications

• Must have construction consultancy experience
• Experience delivering construction projects independently
• Experience using NBS specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Contract administration experience (under JCT contracts preferred)
• Degree in related field (PM/CM/Building Surveying/QS)
• MRICS or actively working towards chartership is desirable
• Strong knowledge of procurement and contract procedures
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams

Responsabilités

• Lead projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and completion
• Manage programmes using Microsoft Project and coordinate NBS specifications
• Handle contract administration, instructions and variations, monitor contractor performance
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet time, budget and quality targets
