Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Project Management Director to join its senior team in the Bristol region. The role focuses on leading major projects, developing client relationships and driving growth across the South West.

The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from inception to completion, monitor commercial performance, and mentor the project management team. A construction consultancy background and senior leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant Project Management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience operating at Director, Associate Director or senior leadership level.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from early stages through to completion.
• Oversee commercial performance, client satisfaction and team development.
• Manage senior client relationships and major commissions.
• Support business development and regional strategy.
• Mentor junior and senior colleagues and contribute to regional growth.
• Identify opportunities for future growth and strengthen the local presence.
