Qualifications

• Prior construction consultancy experience is required.
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating consultants and contractors.
• Understanding of project programmes, procurement and risk management.
• Degree in construction, property or project management.
• Ideally working towards MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB or another recognised professional qualification.
• Ambition to progress within consultancy project management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage project programmes.
• Support procurement and risk management.
• Chair meetings and prepare project reports.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, consultants and contractors.
• Deliver projects across the full lifecycle while working with experienced project management professionals.
