Brandon James is seeking an ambitious Project Manager in London to work across higher education, science, data centres, heritage and healthcare projects. You will support on larger schemes and lead selected projects, with APC and chartership support available as you progress.

The role requires prior construction consultancy experience and offers flexible working and clear progression to Senior Project Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' Project Management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience across higher education, science, data centres, healthcare, heritage or related sectors.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• MRICS, MAPM or progress towards a recognised professional qualification would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project teams and manage programmes from feasibility to completion.
• Attend client and site meetings and prepare reports.
• Monitor risk and progress to ensure quality, cost and programme targets.
• Lead projects independently where appropriate and engage clients.
