Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a construction related discipline.
• MRICS accreditation is preferred but not essential.
• Experience leading large scale infrastructure projects.
• Possess pre and post contract experience.
• Experience working under construction contract terms, ideally NEC.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts under NEC forms of contract.
• Advise on cost-related matters and cost forecasts.
• Provide estimating advice and support to clients.
• Report on commercial-based KPIs accurately.
• Identify top risks on the project and their impact.
