Job summary

NUVIA UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects in Glasgow. The role is hybrid, requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering against regulated standards and NEC4 contracts.

The successful candidate will engage senior stakeholders, manage scope, cost, schedule and risk while upholding safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Significant experience leading major civil engineering or infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong contract administration and project delivery under NEC4.
• Experience managing change control, commercial issues, risk and opportunity on complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, project controls and commercial specialists.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Manage risk, scope, cost, schedule and quality to meet business cases.
• Ensure compliance with NEC4 framework and procurement policy.
