Job summary

NUVIA UK is seeking an experienced leader to drive major civil engineering projects in a highly regulated environment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate designers, contractors, and commercial specialists, and engage senior stakeholders across the programme.

This role requires chartered status or progression toward it, extensive NEC4 contract knowledge, and proven capability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk from design through handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading major civil infrastructure in a regulated environment.
• Proven delivery across full project lifecycle under NEC4.
• Experience managing change, risk and commercial issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage contract administration under NEC4.
• Delivery of projects from design through handover with risk management.
