Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure packages on NEC4 contracts. The role is contract, hybrid in Glasgow with 3 days on site and 2 days at home.

You will lead work packages through the full lifecycle, manage cost, programme and risk, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams while ensuring safety and governance standards. Candidates should have 5+ years’ PM experience in regulated sectors and hold NEC4 ECC

Qualifications

• Degree required in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering projects as a PM in regulated industries.
• Experience delivering engineering, manufacturing, construction or commissioning projects.
• Complete lifecycle from business case to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of project work packages from initiation to handover.
• Manage projects under NEC4 contract requirements.
• Maintain responsibility for scope, programme, cost, quality and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against objectives and milestones.
• Manage change control, risks and issues.
• Support procurement, contract administration and commercial activities.
• Provide regular progress reporting.
